It may not be good for the economy, but I'd like to see our society change the stigma about re-gifting. Giving someone a present that is in perfectly good condition (preferably without a mothball scent to it) should be encouraged rather than being frowned upon.

New cell phone ban now in effect for Ontario drivers

Effective Monday October 26, 2009 cell phone use by drivers in Ontario is banned. The majority of drivers, with few exceptions, who are spotted operating a vehicle while using a cell phone or any other hand held device including GP Systems, music players, video games etc.
